What is the longest time you have waited for:

1) First submitted a manuscript to publication date
2) Final revisions submitted to publication date
3) Acceptance date to publication date

I think I am breaking some records with 2 and 3. Curious to hear from others.

1) Are we counting when it gets rejected and you shop around to other journals? If so, like 4 years or something. I genuinely don't know. If within the same journal, much less. Also depends whether "publication" means online or in print.
2) ~1.5 years to in print. Much less to online (6 months)?
3) Marginally less than #2 - I've rarely had delays between final revisions and acceptance, its almost always at other stages.
