Spoiler alert: it's a handful of CRNAs making bold claims based on minimal evidence about who may or may not have been in the OR when Joan Rivers coded and how she'd be alive if a CRNA were there. Do not feed the trolls, don't even acknowledge them, they've clearly demonstrated that nothing will be changing their minds today.

How do you know when a crna posts a comment? When there are no studies published to date that their posting skills are inferior to those of anesthesiologists and in fact they have been practicing safe commenting for decades including numerous smileys and emoticons without supervision

This is a troubling trend. One that should give pause to all. Surely a member of congress has already been informed about this on Human Rights day.
