Can we please quit posting threads on salary. Especially as one as useless as this. Yes, an offer of 150k, fan-****ing-tastic.

Also, a warning a practicing podiatrist told me (this applies to all fields too, not just podiatry): read everything and all the small print. An offer may seem like a great deal but in reality is crap... there are many out there who want to take advantage of new graduating docs. Don't be one of them.

Thats' some nice money! Too bad the ad is looking for "well qualified personable physician." I heard once on these forums that Podiatrists aren't physicians. j/k. One reason I went into Podiatry was to be able to live where I want and Iowa is not exactly that enticing for me either. But if you grew up in that part of the country, that is an excellent opportunity. Great job find! When I get bogged down around midterms or finals, I take a quick look on the internet to find job offerings like these to motivate myself to keep studying so I can get paid one of these days. It's a little motivation to know there is light at the end of this long tunnel.

I'll have to agree here. There was a time in my life where I had hopes, dreams, and aspirations. Then one sunny afternoon, much like today, my friend says "hey check this out!". I go into his room and he's like "it's called '2 girls 1 cup' and it's awesome". At first it was amazing, then, out of nowhere, it happened. I'm not going to say more than that. I know when people say "don't watch this" you may laugh and watch it because curiousity gets the best of you. But I mean this, do not ever watch these videos. My life has never been the same since. Then the following year another 'friend' (this time a female, go figure) sends me a link and insists I watch it, this time it led me to "1 guy 1 cup". This was pretty much where I hit rock bottom in my life.

Anyways, yes, be careful about what you open. This one looks safe because it has 'medhunters' and 'podiatrist' in the link. But sometimes it'll redirect you and you'll get rick rolled...no big deal. And sometimes you get redirected and your life is never the same.
