I'm looking for a book good for diseases of the nervous system.
-_- There are so many diseases. I'm looking for something that is easy on the eyes and would cover what I need to know. Integration of neuro pathology with pathophys would be a bonus ^_^

Have you tried High Yield Neuro? For me, this source is quite sufficient enough for the boards....

I second that especially chapter 1 was really really high yield for me. I had about 10 brain slices on my version. And it also helped me get one very obscure question as well. So make sure you go thru it once slowly and then depending on what you need to review go over that portion again. I don;t I had any Neuro question that was not in that book (whether I got all of them right or not is another issue :-D)
