I've heard a few, but which one is most effective?

Skimming? Reading? Just skipping to the questions? Taking notes seems like a huge wate of time...

Herp-

I am a very very slow reader. My best results came from combining skimming and mapping. I would figure out the paragraph topic (sometimes in the 2nd or 3rd sentence) and I would look for words, names or dates that really stood out.

You really have to find out what works for you.

BTW - I love the name

I quickly read the passages then when each question came up I went back and skimmed the passages for the correct answer to the question. Since I had already read the passage I had a idea where to find the answer.
I had time left over from the RC part so I found this to be an effective way of doing this section
