Looking to match academic IM as a MD at a lower tier USMD school on the east coast and wanna know how solid my chances are? Also what tier of academic programs should I be aiming for( state university hospitals or can I aim for some big names)?

Did not honor any rotations H/P system only top 15% get honors at our rotation site meaning 5/35 people but great comments on MSPE 90+ percentile on all shelves
ECs are fairly standard - some volunteering and clubs. Research should have 2-3 first author pubs, 2-3 pubs as second author and 3-4posters. Most of the research is related to oncology which is the field I want to go into.
Just would like to know my chances at a T30 program and how much not honoring the rotations will hurt me?
