So I'm looking for some advice. I have always had large pupils. But when I'm really tired/sick..they are especially.

I was wondering, is there a solution for this in terms of contact lenses? I have no other issues with my eye..this would be cosmetic.

Consider seeing a shrink for evaluation of body dismorphic disorder.. lol

And you are a doctor? Treating patients?

Help us all.

I wouldn't get advice on something that wasn't a legit concern. ie people thinking (especially in the professional world) you are on something even though it is related to not sleeping, is a legit concern.
You are proof of this.

Now run along since you have nothing to contribute.

I should clarify...this is not a day to day problem. This is ONLY a problem if I get virtually no sleep or very very little. But you have those day sometimes. The only reason I mention that they ae generally big is to say that it is to extreme point on those specific days. But I love my eyes in general and get compliments.

1. It is inappropriate to receive real medical advice on these forums even if it is likely that there is no pathology going on. It doesn't matter that it is 'cosmetic', nobody is giving advice on blephs without an office visit either.

You aren't going to find anyone jumping forward with an answer for you because it doesn't need to be answered - you don't need treatment. A few companies sell 'color change' contact lenses which I think have a pupil of some diameter painted on them. That's probably your only bet, and they are very expensive.

See an optometrist for disposable colored contact lenses. The cheapest and most convenient option.

Personally, i hate how they they look on people, but that's probably because i look too closely.

Thank you so much 🙂

it could be the meds or stimulants that you may be taking when you are tired/sick.
