Looking for CA3/CA4 Anesthesia position

Hi, I am looking for a ca3/ca4 position in order to establish my board eligibility. I have been in private practice for 10 years and have recently completed 4 months at the University of Florida w/ Dr Nikolaus Gravenstein.

Why don't you try a non-ACGME-approved fellowship (like regional, OB or Neuro)? Neuro or OB would be super easy to get. This will give you PGY-5 year you're looking for. And thank God, we don't have CA-4 as of yet.
Academic practice may be easier to get with fellowship training.
