*the dorm is about five minutes away from UERM
*it's clean and quite secure
*the rooms are good for two people
*the landlady will provide the bedframes, study tables, and cabinets
*we'll have our own bathroom (it's clean)
*we can bring an aircon and a refrigerator
*we can cook in their kitchen (if we have time)
