Looking for nice place for elective

HI, I'm Keijon, i'm a 4th year medical student from Malaysia (Faculty medicine of university Malaya).
i'm looking for a good place to do my elective overseas...
anyone have good recommendation? I hope to do MEdicine and surgery attachment in the coming elective.
if your Faculty is good...hope you can recommend me and instruct me to do the application
