Has anyone downloaded a PDF of all the questions from anywhere??
I found a download for a 2005 version of Kaplan Q Bank -- need U World!

Thank you

I understand trying to save money when medical education is so expensive, but I think for what is arguably the most important resource for Step 1, you can afford to shell out a few hundred dollars. And really, with how often they update their question bank based on test-taker feedback, can you afford not to?

Just buy it. They're providing you an invaluable service for a very reasonable price. Like CyberMaxx said, it's such an important part of your education and future career...why not invest and use it to its fullest extent?

Devil's advocate: if you plan to do the questions through M1-M2 it's $600. I wouldn't call that super reasonable. I may or may not have pirated it, but I am planning on a 30/60 day subscription for dedicated studying.

I think it's detrimental to go through UW in any shape or form before dedicated.
Not only it will spoil your %age but also give you a false sense of security going for the test.

That is if you use UW for assessment. I believe that UW is a better usage as a learning tool and treat NBME/UWSA as self assessment instead. Here's another argument. Almost every US graduate uses UW for clerkship, then resets it for Step 2. Many did fine and even got high scores than their Step 1. It's not about the percentage. It's about the contents. I know some ppl did not have enough time to go over every question in Uworld and that hurt their scores.
