Looking forward

Stats are excellent. Keep that GPA up! I'm not sure the implications of being Chinese-American. The popular SDN opinion says being Asian will make getting into medical school harder, but I question the significance.

Clinical experience will be much better after you shadow a bit. I would advise shadowing a couple (like 3) different specialties and try to get some exposure in different settings (OR, clinic, ED, etc.). Try to get around 100 hours total. Medical schools want applicants to have exposure to the different lifestyles among the different specialties (e.g. not every physician works 20 hours a week at a private practice, and not every physician works 100 hours a week in the OR).

Research looks great as well.

Extracurriculars are good. I don't know how many volunteer hours you have total, but I would keep volunteering consistently and try to get over 100 by the time you apply. I haven't heard anything - good or bad - about fraternities. I would assume if you held a significant role in an organization or you did significant/meaningful extracurriculars while a part of an organization, it can't be seen as a negative.

Other than study hard and do well on the MCAT, my advice is to keep doing what you're doing. Keep your GPA up; continue your research, volunteering, and planning.
