Hi,
I'm a 1st year radiology resident (pgy-2) and looking to switch to ophthalmology.
Any input/advice on possibilities is appreciated.

As you undoubtedly know, there are pluses and minuses to every specialty. I noted that you also posted in the Ophtho section of these boards, which is a good idea.

I would advise you to speak with several of the Ophthamology people at your hospital to get a good picture of what you are switching to and why.
