Is there anyone out there willing to explain this process and the concentration gradients/counter current theory?

From what I remember, the questions on the DAT regarding the Loop were about order of the structures and concentration questions. Basically the concentration of waste becomes greater as you move through the Loop because water is being absorbed along the way. It's a basic explanation but so were the questions on the DAT. As for the counter current theory, I wouldn't worry about it.
