Hi,

So I am planning on getting a letter of rec from my biology professor and chem professor. I have been doing research at the same lab since August. I have done about 400 hours. Does it look bad if I don't get a letter of rec from my PI? Also, should I get a letter of rec from a dentist?

If your PI is willing to write you a letter, I would definitely recommend getting one from them. Also, I would highly recommend getting a LOR from a dentist, most schools require one anyway. Plus I think if your applying to dental school and don't have a letter from a dentist it looks a little suspect.
