so my printout was mailed out june 30th however one of my evaluators hadn't submitted her LOR at the time...in fact she has yet to do it, which is beyond aggravating. Anyway, she said she would be able to submit around july 18-20th, somewhere around there. I'm assuming it will take about 2 weeks for it to be mailed out and received by schools, but i really would like for it to be in especially so that i could make a suggested deadline at one of my prospective schools of aug 1. is there anyway that I could speed up the process, send them directly to schools, etc?

Use all the free resources available to you from SDN: articles, guides, expert advising, forums discussions, and school research.
I know you can send the LORs to the schools directly so that MAY speed up the process a bit. Other than that, I'm not too sure...you probably do not want contact your recommender and ask them to hurry up.
Just out of curiosity, which school is that Aug. 1 deadline for?? And do you do go to UNC/is UNC your #1 choice?
