LOR and application Submission

I have a question regarding the LORs. I still don't know whom to ask for LOR. BUT is it mandatory to fill out the name and address of the person who is going to write me LOR before submitting my application, or can I submit my application to AADSAS for GPA calculation and leave that section empty, and say in 3-4 weeks go back and print the matching form and add the names of people who are going to write me LOR?
