LOR coversheet?

First time applying, in the AADAS FAQ it meantions a coversheet thats supposed to go with LORs..

What is the coversheet? Does it need to be included in the sealed envelope or can I just have my professors wrtie me letters now?

i skipped AADSAS LOR all together, wasn't a problem. if your school has a pre-health committee, use them to package your recs. dental school adcoms prefer composite committee letters.

even if you don't have a committee, you should ask your profs now for letters (sooner is better) and then attach the AADSAS cover sheet when they open mid-may.
