I have 2 letters (1 science, 1 non-science) from 2024, and 1 letter (science) from 2022/23.

I tried reaching out to the professors to re-date the LORs, but since it is the summer, they are not responding to my emails. I am not sure what to do.

It's kinda late to ask now. I would presume this was something you anticipated since January and as a reapplicant??? Shouldn't they have letter matching forms by now?

I’m not a reapplicant. And I was not aware that the letters had to be re-dated for the current year. I am 2 years out from school and most of my academic letters were from 2024. I have a research and volunteer LOR that is from the current year, however, so would it still be fine in my case?

Oh okay. As long as you have one letter from the current year, in general, you should be okay. Just ask the admissions staff at your schools if your academic letters need to be from the current year. Some programs understand that if you have been in a gap year, it might be more difficult to update those letters.
