does anyone know if AECOM accepts LOR's from Interfolio since on their webiste it says "Letters of recommendation from commercial educational consulting firms will not be considered and will be returned to that firm."????😕

correct me if i'm wrong but i thought "commercial educational consulting firms" were stuff like getting LORs from people at kaplan/tpr writing? Or how bout if you work for a tutoring center as an instructor....they're an educational consulting firm right? does getting a letter from them = no no?
