LOR from a non-professor/doctor to vouch for character

Hi everyone,

One of the schools I'm applying to is giving us the option to submit an LOR from someone who knows us personally (supervisor, clergy, etc).
I have one physician who knows me personally through volunteering in a non-medical field. I was under the impression all my LORs would be submitted as long as I include it in the AACOMAS app. How do I make sure that school KNOWS that letter fulfills that specific requirement?
