LOR from Asst. Dean of Students

I know the Asst Dean of Students very well and she will be able to write me a very nice LOR about my chracter and potential. She isn't a professor and she isn't a supervisor for any clinical experience.

My question is...is her letter gonna mean anything?

Honestly, I'd guess this letter probably won't carry much weight.

I doubt it will help, but it won't hurt. You never can know the real dynamics among administrative staff at a university.
