LOR from Dental Lab?

My committee packet contains: 2 science faculty, 1 dentist, 1 volunteer. My committee will allow me 1 additional letter.

The president of a dental lab I have volunteered at for the past year offered to write me a letter. I'm sure he can speak well of me, but is this a legitimate LOR to include in my dental school application?
