Did anyone here need a Buckley waiver form to get a letter from a dentist? I can't remember if Aadsas gives us these forms to give to our dentist.

The form that says whether or not you, the applicant, are allowed to read the letter or not.

Well then the answer to your question is no! You do not need one in order to get a letter from your Dentist! And no, AADSAS does not provide such! Hope that's what you wanted to hear.

i believe on the cover letter that you give your dentist to fill out, there is a question that asks if you waive the right to view the letters.

Yep, you are correct. Just check the box that says you don't want to view the letters.

when you enter the information of your evaluators, the option to print out the cover letter becomes available.
