LOR from vet with "specific" degree?

so was wondering...for the LOR, does the vet have to be one with a DMV or could they be a vet in another country with a BVSc from a non-AAMVC-accredited school?

My gut instinct would be that it needs to be a DVM, VMD, or otherwise licensed Veterinarian from an AAMVC-accredited school, however I think you should call the admissions department from the schools you are considering applying to and ask them specifically.

The degrees offered overseas are identical is all aspects to a traditional DVM or VMD from the states. It won't be a problem at all if they are a licensed vet. If they can practice, they can write a vet LOR.
