I have been working in the same department (public relations) at my university for my entire undergrad these past 3 years, and my supervisor was one of the few people that really got an opportunity to continuously watch me grow and mature over this time.
Would it be worth to ask for a letter of recommendation and would it have value/be read by admissions committees? Or should I stick to profession-related/faculty letters?
