LOR help

so i have 2 LORs from science profs, 1 from dentist, and one from my writing class prof who is also a really good friend of mine (we've been playing in a jazz band together for years), and therefore wrote me the best LOR among all those. But I see schools like Columbia require 3 LORs from science profs, and obviously I NEED to sumbit LOR from a dentist.. which means I have to give up the one from my writing prof? 🙁
Is it ok to send another LOR directly to schools other than using AADSAS? anyone here turn in 2 sci + 1 dent + 1 non-sci like me? is this a good combination or I better get another one from science prof??

Some schools are not that stringent about who the LOR comes from but with some schools its like the requirements are written in stone.

Contact the schools which you do not fulfill their LOR requirements and ask them if they will accept letters mailed directly from you or the evaluator instead of AADSAS.
