LOR issue

I have a question regarding LOR's . I am planning on applying to Gas however, i have not yet completed my elective (Sub-i). I want to get my apps out early and dont think i'll have my LOR from an anesth. faculty member until after my apps are submitted. i do have 3 strong letters from various other faculty( Med, surg, etc). am i able to send letters to ERAS and have them forwarded to the respective anesthes. programs after my common application has been submitted ? should i wait to submit the applicaiton until after i get a letter from a faculty member?
any coments would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Submit your application immediately, don't wait until the other letters come in. Once they do come in, forward them through ERAS to the programs.
