LOR letterhead question. Please help

Hi guys, I used to work for Company A as a PT aide. The PT I worked for agreed to write me a LOR. But he moved to a different company. Will he need to use Company A as a letterhead or he can just use his current one at the new company?

He can only use what he has access to (Company B). He will use their letterhead (or his own personal one) and talk about how awesome you were during both of your time at Company A. Once you leave an organization, you no longer have the right to use their letterhead, since that implies an affiliation that no longer exists.
