LOR not uploaded to post office yet?

My 3 letters were scanned by ECFMG over a month ago. It says that they are not uploaded to the post office yet (but the other items are). It says that they need to be assigned to a program first. Well all my letters are assigned to the 40 programs I applied to.

Anyone know what's wrong?

i think even if they have been uploaded, your dean's office has to release them, or whatever it is the deans office does. My LOR showed up at the same time as my picture.
