LOR not uploaded

It says that my LOR is not uploaded to post office yet. It does say that it has been scanned by my dean's office. So my question is why is one of the letters uploaded and another (that has been scanned at the same time) is not uploaded?😕

Are you talking about in the Applicant Document Tracking System where it says "Downloaded by Designated Dean's Office" and gives the date and time? Because that doesn't mean that the letter has been received or scanned by your dean's office...all it means is that they have acknowledged you are expecting a letter from that letter writer. Confusing, I know.

The only way to know if a letter has been received by your deans office is if you see it listed under the "Documents that are in the Post Office" in the ADTS - that will mean it has been scanned in and uploaded. Otherswise, short of calling your dean's office or your letter writer and asking, you have no idea when they receive the letter until they scan it and upload it

Yeah, that's why I decided to write my own LoRs. I even waived my rights to see them once I was finished.
