Ok so my school does committee letter. Am a little confused by how amcas LOR works. The instate school requires a committee letter if my school offers it, which it does. Since I am applying to other schools, Am i suppose to request for my professors to send their letter to amcas along with a cover letter individually or does the commitee letter cover all schools? The reason I am asking is that I don't think my school will send the committee letter until like august which is annoying me.

The committee letter covers all schools. In fact, if your school offers a committee letter service, it can look bad if you submit your LoRs individually instead of using the committee service. It looks bad because some committees refuse to write letters for students with a low GPA or MCAT, many uncompleted prereqs, or academic/ethics violations.
