LOR Processing Time

Does anyone know how long it takes for AADSAS to add ones LOR to your file? Its not as long as processing the transcript right? I know that you can send it after you hit submit, but was debating whether it is worth it to overnight the LORs through my schools letter forwarding service.

having your teacher's submit them directly online is the easiest, they're on there immediately. if you have copies of them, meaning your teacher doesn't care that you've seen it, you could probably submit a copy online yourself, though i don't know if there would be any issues there. not sure how long it takes for them to process a mailed in copy, i highly doubt it would take as long as the transcript because those have to be checked against your grades while the LOR's just need to be put with your stuff.

If your evaluator submits it online, it will be indicated on your AADSAS application pretty much immediately that it has been submitted, so I'm guessing it would be available to view right then. In the last cycle my profs emailed me personally that they had submitted it just then, and it showed up on my AADSAS that it was received just a few minutes later.

what about if you have a committee letter? Do they submit all your letters and the committee letter along with it?

Committee letter can be just 1 letter or a package depending on your school. I suggest you contact your pre-health advisor for that.

i meant could they send it in through adsaas and be done with in one day..or do they have to mail everything ?
