LOR question

Hi,

I know this question has been (kind of) asked before but I still don't really have a clear answer.

If I have extra LORs beyond what I was able to put onto AADSAS, would I have them emailed directly to the admissions department of each school? Or should I wait until the academic update period? Will they let me add more at that time?

I am willing to bet AADSAS limits the number of LORs because schools only want to see a few and want them to be of good quality. Now if you had to get a new LOR based on a requirement of specific schools (ie a religious/spiritual leader or from a volunteer supervisor) I would contact the school directly and see how they would like you to proceed. They won't let you add more LORs during the academic update period if you have already reached the max of 4.
