Can I remove a LoR after submitting my application? Some schools said they won't review my application until all my requested letters are in, however one has not submitted yet and his letter really isn't required for any school so would schools just review my application or what?

Some schools will wait until your application complete which means that all of you letters are in, whether or not that letter is required. It is pretty school dependent I think. I believe that you can delete a letter as long as it is not submitted. I know you used to be able to anyway.

So after I submit I can delete that letter you're saying?

There should be a little trash can next to the letter. Mine doesn't let me click it because my letters are in but if yours is clickable then I would say that you are able to delete your letter.
