LOR question

I know this is probably a really simple question, but here goes. I've begun to ask different people to write lor's for me. I'm planning on using interfolio to send my lor's off to various schools, however I need to know exactly who do my letter writers make the letters out to? Since I'm planning on sending the letters to different schools are they supposed to make a specific letter to each school, and then send it to interfolio?

Ask them to address it to an admissions committee, since you'll be sending the same letter to many different schools. Explain it to them. I've personally never had this problem after I explained what interfolio was. But I'm only getting like 4 letters, too.
