If I don't have all the specific letters that a school asks for (and I can't get anymore), does that mean I should just not apply? So far as I have found out, Boston asks for 3 faculty letters and Columbia asks for 3 science. I have 2 from bio professors, 1 from a graduate student (who has taught 2 biology discussion sections that I have been in), and 1 from my dentist.

I don't think they'll process your application without the requirements. Even if they do, your app may not have the same weightage as others who did fulfill the requirements.

But you can always call & double-check before making a decision.
