From what I understand, it is good to give some sort of an informal resume to professors/dentists/etc. who are writing you a recommendation. What sort of information would they like to have on the resume to help them write a recommendation? I assume just some of the standard resume information, but is there anything in particular that they definitely want to have in detail on it?

community service? any situations where the recommender can attest to your integrity/work ethic? special experiences in research?
