LOR trouble

I go to a school where all my BCMP classes have well over 100 people in them. ( My chem II had like 500)

Not to toot my own horn 😛 but my teachers would probably remember my face and style because I went to class everyday and didn't act like a know it all jerk..I created a good environment :-D

That being said, I do not know any of my teachers in anyway that I would feel comfortable asking for a LOR.
What should I do? What should I not do?

Are there any teachers that you visited during their office hours? They would likely remember you more. A generic LOR even if it is "good" (student was in the top x% of my class...) won't really do you any good. Also, do you have any non-science teacher LORs? A rich non-science LOR can really offset a bland BCPM LOR.

You don't necessarily have to know them from my (many friends') experience. Politely ask them, and if they agree be prepared to give them you're resume/CV/transcript/personal statement/amcas/aacomas info or anything else they could use to get to know you better and write you a decent letter. If they're experienced in writing and have the time they will talk to you for a bit to get to know you better. Thank them and get them a gift afterwards if you feel so inclined.

Agreed, yes you don't really need to know them in some cases, but you also don't want them to echo everything that is already on your personal statement because they cannot say anything about your character. Basically, don't pick out some totally unknown professor but hopefully one that you believe will make a good attempt to write you a letter that's not totally superficial.
