Should I attach letters that will likely be required by all schools (i.e., 2 science + 1 non-science) to my primary, and then send school-specific letters to individual schools via interfolio?

Edit: This should have gone in the stickied AACOMAS thread, my bad

If you have a letter that is specifically tailored to a school (I.E. mentions it’s name, information, etc) don’t attach it to your AACOMAS because it will be received by all of your schools which you certainly don’t want on your application. Like you said, I would attach letters that satisfy all the general requirements for the schools and send any other specific tailored letters via Interfolio if they allow it.

Do some schools that you know of not accept a combination of letters from AACOMAS and Interfolio?

Not off the top of my head but I used to have a list of all the schools and which letter sending programs they accept (I’ll try to find it). Most allow Interfolio, but you can check out this link and under each school you will see which are accepted. This is the description list from last cycle. It may be of use instead of checking each school’s website.
