LOR verification?
Started by littlemisspiggy
Hello!
From what I understand, it will take about 3 weeks for my adea application to be "verified" - so when is the latest I can submit my letter? Just within that 3 week period? I am still waiting on a letter from my dentist 🙁
You can submit letters anytime you want, even after you submit the application. However, until AADSAS processes your letters, schools won't review your file.

Do you know how long they take to process LORs?
Thank you so much for your reply!

If you do it in June, it should take a week or two.

Thank you! My dentist is out of town right now and he won't be able to send in my letter until June 8th or so at the LATEST

Related question: Is it possible for your referees to upload their LORs to AADSAS before you've submitted your application? Does anyone know??
Thanks!

They upload them if you enter them as 'electronic'. Those evaluators are provided are emailed instructions. Matching forms are for paper letters only.
And yes, they can submit letters before you submit your application.
If we submit electronically, do we only have to provide the email for the evaluator information, or do we also have to write down their name, address, city, state, postal code, etc.

Looks like the only required fields are Reference Type, Waiver, Title, First & Last Name, School/Institution/Business.
Enter email for electronic or address for paper, obviously. If you do paper, the email field has to be blank.

Below school/institution/Business, there is also email, street address 1 and 2, city, state, postal code, and country. But im not sure if these only apply if you are doing a committee letter
