So I will be transferring to another school next fall where I will attend from Sophomore Year until graduation. I have, what I hope is, a good relationship with my Chemistry professor I've had for 2 semesters (101 and 102) and I have also done some research with her and will have 1 poster presentation. Should I ask her for a LOR (one of my science letters)? I am worried since I am transferring that she may not feel as strongly about me as she had earlier. I am a bit worried it will be harder to find good LOR writers at my new school, as well. Thoughts?

I do not think she will judge you for transferring. There are many reasons that students transfer (social, family, financial). Seems unlikely she would feel offended by your transfer and write you a worse LOR. If you feel like she thinks highly of you then ask her if she would be able to write a strong LOR. You will need future LORs at your new school, since letters closer to your application time are important too, but I see no reason not to ask. It would definitely be better to ask her now versus asking her years down the line when you may not be as fresh in your memory
