I know there are threads on this probably, but I want specific advice for a detail question. Any advice on how to as for LOR if you have a low gpa meaning below 3.50? Have any of you had this problem, if so how do you ask the person to write a you a LOR, because when they look at your gpa they will be like thats not above 3.50?

first off, wrong section.

second off, tell your LOR writer what you would tell your med school about the low gpa. If you partied, just say it, and say you matured now, don't make up some BS excuse like you were depressed, bad TA's, etc
