Does getting a LOR from a botany professor count as a LOR from a biology prof? Some of the schools I have applied to require two letters of recommendation from biology professors. Last year botany was listed as other science but its now listed under biology on the AADSAS website. Will using this LOR from the botany professor work or should I get a letter from my zoology prof. The botany prof knows me better..

Then get it from botany professor. zoology/botany whatever as long as it's a science.
