All my previous classes were online classes due to Covid and did not have much interaction with Professors or TAs

Please advice if I can get LORs from TA who takes one of my biology classes for this semester
  • Is there any specific format?
  • Are there any min no of pages?
  • Should I include my resume when asking LORs

I think most of the advice I have seen here is better a prof than a TA. If the TA is the only one who can give you a letter, its better if co-signed by prof (if TA is PhD student)

Give your CV to the TA to impress with your amazing accomplishments/GPA at the same time as your asking for the letter.
Get prof to co-sign.

Pick a class that you excelled in first of all and that you went to OH to. Make sure that the person you ask knows who the hell you are (if they don't know you from when you took the class, then it's probably too late to ask them for a letter). Send an email to them explaining that you are applying to med school and that you would appreciate a STRONG letter of rec. Include your transcript and your CV.
