Would it be a good idea to get a LOR from a prof you've worked with (by doing research) over the summer? The thing is, I've worked with a prof last summer, but I'm not sure if I want to do it the next summer as well...
There's the fact that if I work for him for another summer my LOR from him might be stronger since it's more time to get to know me, plus I'm not an applicant for another couple years so I don't want him to forget me or something...but then there's also that I could be doing more clinical stuff since I know I want to apply for an MD and not MD/PhD.
So I don't know if I should stick to this lab over the summer in order to get a stronger rec from him or I should just do something completely different. Any insight?
