If I only have two LORs on the first day that programs can download applications, should I wait to apply or will programs get the third letter shortly after I get it to ERAS?

This has been discussed previously in several forums, most recently here. Some of the postings in that thread may be of help to you.

Searching the SDN forums is likely to yield other helpful posts. However, that may take some time and it is often easier to post a question without searching the archives in the hopes that someone takes the time to search the archives for you.

In a nutshell, submit your app and whatever LoRs you have ASAP. Some programs will wait until the file is complete, some will offer you interviews right away.
