LORs - Committee Packet + Additional LOR?

Hi - So my undergrad has uploaded a committee packet (which includes an overview/evaluation of me and 3 letters from professors). I wanted to include another letter from a PI I worked with for 3.5 years - this is a strong letter that speaks to my research efforts. I was unable to include it in the committee packet. Would sending both the packet and the individual PI letter have any negative impact on my app being considered complete? Aka would an adcom see that technically only two documents were uploaded and assume a third letter is missing, ignoring the fact that one of the two is a committee packet?
I want to include a strong letter but don't want to break any letter maximum limits.
