LORs for AACOMAS

Hey everyone,
Is there a way to designate where certain LORs go within the AACOMAS. I've noticed a lot schools I'm applying to only require 2-3 letters (1 science professor/committee, 1 DO/MD), but other schools will require additional letters. I'll have five letters when I submit (1 DO, 2 science professors, 1 non-science, and 1 EC supervisor). Will schools care if I submit five letters when they only ask for two? I don't want to go through interfolio.
