I attended a CC and my state university. Although I have a few letters from university professors I feel like I have established more meaningful relationships with my CC professors, some of whom only hold a masters degree. How significant is it for my LOR's be from PHD's? Does this matter much to ADCOM's?

Better a sincere, personal, passionate letter from a janitor than a generic form letter from a nobel prize winner.

See if you can get it cosigned.

I had a mix of PhD and Masters trained professors write me letters. I had no problems whatsoever.

I would say it's best (i.e. safer) to have letters by PhDs.

I had a masters science professor write me a LoR. Had grammatical errors due to them not being an English primary speaker. Never was brought up in my interviews.

Thanks guys! Sounds like I shouldn't worry too much about the mix I currently have.
